All sales are final. Toddlerese is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, so we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed — including if you change your mind, purchase by mistake, or decide the scripts aren't the right fit after downloading.
Before buying, please review the sample scripts, product descriptions, pricing tiers, and FAQ to make sure toddlerese is right for your family. If you have questions about what's included, email hello@toddlerese.co before purchasing and we'll happily walk you through it.
The only exception: if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge) or your download link never arrived and we can't deliver a working copy, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
After checkout you will receive a download link via email and on the order confirmation page. It is your responsibility to save the PDF to your device. Download links remain active, but we recommend saving your purchase immediately.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the toddlerese scripts and materials. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or repurpose the content for commercial use. You may print copies for your own household and caregivers.
